Abstract: The nylon bead feed rack is mostly unpowered roller conveying structure, and the structure is
simple, it relies on people to manually process materials, which is easy to cause the nylon bead to stretch, and
the conveying precision is not high, then affects the dynamic balance and uniformity of the tire, thus affecting
the final quality of the tire. Therefore, the nylon bead feed rack is arranged inside the carcass feed rack, and
the cushion feed rack is arranged above the front end of the nylon bead feed rack, and the servo motor
drives the conveyor belt to automatically feed, thereby improving the conveying precision and optimizing the
conveying structure.
