Abstract: Different amounts of white carbon black added to ACM/hindered phenol (AO-80) to study
the effects of the amount of white carbon black on the vulcanization properties, physical and mechanical
properties, aging properties and damping properties of the composites. The results show that white carbon
black can greatly improve the mechanical properties of ACM/AO-80 composites. After the addition of white
carbon black, the effective damping temperature range (tanδ≥ 0.3) is effectively broadened. The composite
is still able to maintain excellent mechanical properties after aging.

淘汰 2 530 万条轮胎产能还不够！山东再次发文支持

据中橡协轮胎分会统计数据，2017 年全国共淘汰落后产能斜交胎 730 万条，普通型子午胎 1 800 万条，其
中全钢胎 1 000 万条，半钢胎 800 万条。
随着国家供给侧改革的深入推进，新旧动能转换和落后产能淘汰成了各省市工业发展的主要方向之一，作为
轮胎企业聚集地的山东首当其冲。
8 月 3 日，山东省政府发布了《山东省加强污染源头防治推进 “ 四减四增 ” 三年行动方案（2018~2020 年）》，
明确指出将以轮胎、钢铁、煤炭等行业为重点，严格常态化执法和强制性标准实施，依法依规关停退出一批能耗、
环保、安全、质量达不到标的落后产能，决心要切实解决山东在产业结构和生态环境等方面存在的突出问题。
中国橡胶网了解到，去年山东关闭、转产了 558 家不合格化工企业，下一步将持续进行有污染风险企业的异
地搬迁。同时，按照山东省政府常务会确定的总园区指标，全省通过整顿仅保留不超过 75 家综合性园区和 10 家
专业性园区，未入园的企业将在扩建、新建和环评等方面处处受限。
山东省在文件中还明确表示，轮胎行业要进一步提高子午化率和产业集中度，逐步减少斜交胎产量。同时还
指出，省政府将重点关注销售收入过 100 亿元的企业集团，扶持重点企业进入世界轮胎企业前十强。
根据中橡协《中国橡胶》杂志社评选的 “2018 年度中国轮胎企业排行榜 ”，山东省 “ 百亿级 ” 轮胎企业有 6 家，
分别是玲珑轮胎、赛轮金宇、恒丰橡塑、兴源轮胎、三角轮胎和青岛双星。
其中，青岛双星在收购锦湖轮胎后总规模已触及世界前十的门槛，玲珑轮胎在年报中表示未来的目标明确在
“ 进入世界前十 ”。
