Study on theinfluence of twin screw extrusion process on the optical
properties and color of polycarbonate optical materials

Abstract: The effects of screw shear strength, shear rate and processing temperature of twin screw
extruder on the light transmittance and color of polycarbonate materials were studied. The results show that
the Shear strength is related to the amount of shear heat, and the combination of strong shear is more likely
to lead to the degradation of PC materials and the reduction of light transmittance. Under the relatively weak
Shear strength, the processing temperature affects the processing fluidity of the material. The fluidity increases,
the PC transmittance increases, and the material color (B value) decreases. The 65D twin screw extruder uses
weaker screw combinations and produces the best performance of polycarbonate optical materials at a
processing temperature of around 240~250 ℃ at 350 kg/h and 450 r/min (the B value can reach -1.40550 mm
wavelength with a transmittance higher than 10850 mm wavelength with a transmittance higher than 32).

普利司通俄罗斯工厂有望售出，年产量扩大到 420 万条

根据俄媒近日消息，S8 Capital 公司有望成为日本普利司通乌里扬诺夫斯克工厂的收购者。
据了解，自 2022 年 10 月，普利司通就开始出售其在俄罗斯的资产。当时，普利司通表示，寻找俄罗斯买家
并达成交易需要几个月的时间。
S8 Capital 集团表示，从 2023 年 2 月开始，收购乌里扬诺夫斯克工厂的谈判从今年 2 月开始，目前正在进行，
交易预计在年底前结束。
普利司通乌里扬诺夫斯克工厂占地 80.6 公顷。该工厂于 2016 年 12 月投产。自 2019 年年中以来，该厂生产
的冬季轮胎已出口到芬兰、瑞典和挪威。
该工厂的产能计划每年生产 200 万条轮胎，并有可能扩大到 420 万条。这家工厂生产尺寸从 13"~19" 的轮胎，
用于乘用车、越野车和 SUV，并作为原配胎提供给汽车制造商。
