Abstract: The original dual station wire ring manufacturing machine used a Mitsubishi system. In order
to achieve more stable and efficient production of products, we adopted a more advanced Rockwell
control system. The modification of the control system of the manufacturing machine maximizes the effective
utilization rate of the equipment, improves production output and process effectiveness. Data informatization
provides convenience, and this article mainly introduces the usage functions of the system.
