Study on the reaction mechanism of benzothiazole sulfonamide
accelerator with stearic acid and zinc oxide by in-situ infrared
spectroscopy

Abstract: In this paper, the reaction mechanism of benzothiazole sulphonamide accelerants was studied
by in situ infrared spectroscopy. The experimental results show that in the presence of stearic acid and zinc
oxide, when heated to a certain temperature, benzothiazole-hyposulphonamide accelerant reacts with
stearic acid and zinc oxide to form benzothiazole zinc salt, which provides an important basis for inferring the
sulfuration mechanism of benzothiazole-hyposulphonamide accelerant in rubber vulcanization process.

中国轮胎出口关税有望降低！欧盟终裁结果即将出炉

近日，据外媒报道，欧盟委员会在终裁前披露中决定，对中国生产的卡客车轮胎重新计算进口反倾销、反补
贴（以下简称 “ 双反 ”）措施水平。
按照新的算法，每条涉案轮胎进入欧盟的时候，需缴纳 21.12~61.76 欧元（约 154.1 元人民币至 450.7 元人民币）
的关税，相当于降低了 0% 至 51%。
欧盟委员会对不同企业生产的轮胎，征税幅度不一样。韩泰轮胎为 21.12 欧元（约 153.77 元人民币），风
神、PTG、佳通、中策在 42~57 欧元（约 305.8 元 ~415 元人民币）之间，潍坊跃龙和合肥万力为 61.76 欧元（约
449.67 元人民币）。
临时重新计算后，有关部门将进行协商。最终决定将于 2023 年 1 月 25 日作出，在此之前他们可能再次调整
关税数额。最终决定后，可能在 2~3 个月内征收新关税。目前，中国橡胶工业协会已申请了听证会，正在准备针
对终裁前披露的评论意见。
