Force simulation of roller shaft head welding based on
Ansys Workbench

Abstract: This article applies Ansys Workbench to simulate the stress of two different forms of shaft
head welding for traction rollers, and analyzes which type of stress situation is better, in order to identify the
correlation between its deformation, stress situation and structural design.

Sailun Group discloses its 2023 half year report, reaching a new historical high in revenue and profit

2023 年 8 月 31 日，赛轮集团披露 2023 年半年度报告，集团 2023 年上半年营业收入、利润再创新高，且均
以较大优势位居国内轮胎上市公司首位。
2023 年上半年，赛轮集团实现营业收入 116.31 亿元，同比增长 10.84% ；实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润
10.46 亿，同比增长 46.26% ；实现经营活动现金流量净额 18.88 亿元，同比增长 313.15%。2023 年 6 月末，总
资产为 323.34 亿元，归属于上市公司股东的净资产为 127.09 亿元。
2023 年上半年，集团实现轮胎产量 2,568 万条，同比增长 12.28% ；轮胎销量 2,511 万条，同比增长
12.30%。今年 2 月，公司在国内线下门店推出了新能源 EV、豪华驾享、都市驾驭及超高性能四大系列液体黄金
乘用车轮胎新品，获得了广大消费者的认可，产品销量呈不断上升态势。
另外，公司还通过参与国际展会、赞助国外体育赛事、汽车赛事、社会公益等方式赋能品牌建设，通过多渠道、
多形式、多元化的品牌活动，持续积累品牌资产，不断提升公司品牌在全球市场的影响力和竞争力。
根据中国橡胶工业协会发布的 “2023 年度中国橡胶工业协会百强企业名单 ”，公司位列第 2 位；根据美国《轮
胎商业》杂志发布的 “2023 年度全球轮胎企业 75 强排行榜 ” 及英国《Tyrepress》发布的 “2023 年度全球轮胎企
业 36 强排行榜 ”，公司位列世界轮胎企业第 12 位。
