Abstract: Polyaniline (PANI) is a kind of special functional polymer material, which has the density
of plastic, the electrical conductivity of metal and the processability of plastic, and also has chemical
and electrochemical properties that metal and plastic lack. It can be used as stealth material and anti-
corrosion material in the national defense industry, and can be used as metal anti-corrosion material, anti-
static material, electronic chemicals, etc. in civilian use. In this paper, chemical oxidative polymerization
method was adopted, using aniline monomer as raw material, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric
acid, p-toluenesulfonic acid, p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid and citric acid as doping acids, and ammonium
persulfate as oxidant to carry out chemical reactions. Under different reaction conditions, a series of doped
polyaniline powders were prepared, and the composition and structure of the products were characterized.

全球最大轮胎经销商，业务被收购
The business of the world's largest tire dealer was acquired
日前，美国轮胎分销商公司 (ATD) 已达成协议，将其加拿大子公司国际轮胎经销商 (NTD) 出售给加拿大批
发商 Groupe Touchette 公司，收购预计将于 2022 年第四季度完成。
据了解，Groupe Touchette 是加拿大最大的轮胎分销商之一，已有 40 多年的历史。在加拿大各地设有 20 多
个配送中心，为汽车制造商、汽车经销商和独立轮胎零售商提供服务。ATD 是全球最大的美国独立轮胎经销商，
拥有 130 多个配送中心，包括加拿大 NTD 子公司的 26 个配送中心。
本次收购，让 Groupe Touchette 获得 NTD 的 26 个轮胎配送中心，将服务于加拿大各地的所有主要制造商
和供应客户。
同时作为协议的一部分，ATD 将向 Groupe Touchette 和 NTD 提供 Hercules 和 Ironman 品牌，并将其分析
软件和生产力工具提供给 Groupe Touchette 的网络。
两家公司表示，收购 NTD 将显著增强 Groupe Touchette 服务客户和业务合作伙伴的能力，为加拿大消费者
带来更好的服务、更大的产品供应能力和更多选择。”
据悉，合并后的 Groupe Touchette/NTD 业务总部将设在魁北克省蒙特利尔，在安大略省伯灵顿设有主要支
持中心，并在加拿大各地设有区域办事处。
