Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems of complicated operation and low efficiency
caused by manual installation of mandrels in the existing valve plate vulcanization process, as well as the
problems that the inner hole of the valve plate may be scratched. Through the four-step operation of
placing the mandrel, fixing the valve plate, grabbing the mandrel, and pressing the mandrel into the inner
hole of the valve plate, the efficient and precise installation of the mandrel is realized. The device simply
and conveniently inserts the mandrel into the inner hole of the valve plate, has a relatively high degree of
automation, improves the accuracy and efficiency of production, and can effectively avoid scratches in the
inner hole of the valve plate. This paper also provides a preparation method of the rubber nylon valve sheet.
After the mandrel is pre-installed on the valve plate of the nylon skeleton through the mandrel pre-installation
device, the vulcanization operation of the rubber main body compound is carried out, thereby producing the
rubber nylon valve plate that meets the requirements.

枣矿集团对地矿慧通特种轮胎公司进行战略重组。
在与会人员的共同见证下，枣矿集团、鲁地投资、地矿慧通签订了股权转让协议。山东地矿慧通特种轮胎有
限公司正式纳入枣矿集团橡胶板块。
据悉，此次股权转让是山东能源集团大力推进产业整合、资源优化的重要举措，将能有效发挥枣矿集团高端
橡胶轮胎产业的管理技术专业优势，进一步拉长产业链条、丰富产品种类、增强市场竞争力。
刘永安要求地矿慧通公司进一步加强能源集团内部需求协同，拓展与省内外龙头企业配套业务，着力做优做
大做强，实现可持续发展。
