Research and application of activated carbon adsorption and
desorption + RTO incineration process in the treatment of exhaust gas
from tire enterprises vulcanization process

Abstract: The vulcanization process of all-steel radial tire is a process in which the green tire is pressed
into the finished tire through the flexible mold during the tire production process. The tire will be heated and
pressurized in this process, so a large amount of smoke will be generated in a concentrated manner. The
flue gas generated by this process has the characteristics of low concentration and large air volume, which
is very difficult to collect and control. In view of the characteristics of low exhaust gas concentration and
large gas volume, the treatment plan is to adopt a small enclosure airtight + activated carbon adsorption
+ RTO incineration process. Through perfect collection, automatic collection functionand abnormal safety
level is set, so that the exhaust gas collection and treatment equipment can run stably. After treatment, the
environmental protection problems such as direct flue gas emission have been comprehensively solved, and
the treated exhaust gas has reached the emission standards of relevant national and local environmental
protection laws and regulations.

美国新令下原油价格再次暴涨，30 家轮胎厂家涨价
Crude oil prices soared again under the new US order caused 30 tire manufacturers increasing prices
当地时间 3 月 8 日，美国白宫在其网站上发表声明，称美国总统拜登正式签署了禁止美国从俄罗斯进口能源
的行政令。这项行政令包括禁止进口俄罗斯原油和某些石油产品、液化天然气和煤炭 ；禁止美国对俄罗斯能源部
门的新投资 ；禁止美国人资助或支持在俄罗斯投资能源公司等。
受美国预计禁止俄罗斯石油进口消息的影响，3 月 8 日纽约原油期货价格上涨 4%，至 124.21 美元 ；目前已
经十分接近 130 美元上下了。
原油价格如何影响轮胎产业链？
合成橡胶是轮胎的主要原材料之一，合成橡胶又是以石油、天然气为原料，以二烯烃和烯烃为单体聚合而成
的高分子材料。简单理解，就是石油是合成橡胶的主要提取物。如今油价一路高歌，那么从中提取的合成橡胶成
分必然也要跟着涨价，合成橡胶又是轮胎的主要原材料，合成橡胶涨价又将推动轮胎价格上涨。
此外，原油涨价也会在一定程度上增加轮胎运输成本，再加上合成橡胶价格的上涨，那么轮胎价格必然会有
所波动。目前，已经有近 30 家轮胎企业宣布 3、4 月涨价。
国际形势动荡，建议各企业要密切关注原油价格信息和轮胎价格信息，理智备货，最大程度的保证、提高轮
胎生意的利润。
