Discussion on application and installation technology
of marine rubber fender

Abstract: Rubber fenders are a very common anti-collision buffer device in modern docks or ships.
When the ship is berthing, the rubber fenders can be used to reduce the impact force and alleviate the
impact force between the dock and the ship. Rubber fenders show outstanding advantages such as good
elasticity, strong energy absorption, low maintenance costs and long service life, and have been widely
used in domestic shipping in recent years. Since the 1960s, China has started to develop and produce rubber
fenders. After entering the new century, China's shipping industry and shipbuilding industry have developed
rapidly, and the role of rubber fenders has been further brought into play. Combined with practical research,
this paper discusses the application and manufacturing process of ship rubber fenders, and analyzes the
optimization measures of rubber fender installation technology.

年可持续性年鉴（Sustainability Yearbook 2022）》中揭晓，该年鉴对超过 7 500 多家公司在可持续发展方面的
表现进行了评估。
倍耐力荣获标普全球（S&P Global）发布的可持续金奖。该排名每年根据道琼斯可持续发展指数（Dow
Jones Sustainability indices）的企业可持续性评估（Corporate Sustainability Assessment）进行评选。在 2021
年道琼斯全球及欧洲可持续发展指数中，倍耐力以 77 分的总分成为全球汽车及零部件行业的领先企业之一，而
行业平均分仅为 31 分。
倍耐力执行副董事长兼首席执行官马可 · 特隆凯蒂 · 普罗维拉（Marco Tronchetti Provera）表示 ： “ 我们很
