Abstract: In this paper, three mixing processes were set up, the temperature of the internal mixer rotor and
the internal mixing chamber were combined differently, and other process parameters were controlled to be
the same, and the carbon black and white carbon black formula compounds were mixed. The experiment
recorded the debinding temperature of the rubber compound, tested the Mooney viscosity, Payne effect,
and tested the physical and mechanical properties of the vulcanized sample of the rubber compound.
Finally, this article comprehensively analyzes the influence of internal mixer rotor temperature on the properties
of carbon black and white carbon black compounds.
