3 结论
(1)不同防老体系对硫化特性影响不同,使用 1#
防老体系时,最大扭矩值相对较大,使用 2# 和 3# 防
老体系时,最大扭矩值相对较小。
(2)耐热油老化性能与耐热空气老化性能有所不
同,1# 防老体系耐热空气老化性能相对较差,耐热油
老化性能较为优异 ;耐热空气老化性能较优异的 4# 防
老体系,其耐热油老化性能一般。
(3)不同防老体系的胶管内胶,使用 1# 防老体

Effect of different anti-aging systems on the physical and mechanical
properties of nitrile rubber before and after aging and the performance
changes of nitrile rubber hose during crimping

Abstract: This article mainly studies the effects of different types of anti-aging systems on the physical
and mechanical properties of nitrile rubber before and after aging and the performance changes during
the crimping process of nitrile rubber hose; The experimental results show that: 1# anti-aging system has
better heat-resistant oil aging performance, and 4# anti-aging system has better heat-resistant air aging
performance; The simulation calculation results show that after the hose with 1# anti-aging system is crimped,
the static stiffness, strain energy density at the stress concentration unit and the Mises stress at the same node
are larger. After the hose with 3# anti-aging system is crimped, the static stiffness and stress concentration The
strain energy density at the element and the Mises stress at the same node are smaller.
