Abstract: This design is based on people's demand for intelligence and convenience, and designed an
intelligent inflator based on single chip microcomputer control. At the same time, in the selection of design
schemes and the use of components, the system is based on simple, economic and practical ideas to simplify
the circuit design as much as possible, and use the simplest circuit wiring and the most economical and
practical components to meet the design requirements. The automatic tire inflation pressure control system
has the ability to use buttons to set the inflation value; it can display the set inflation pressure and the dynamic
tire pressure during the inflation process; When the tire pressure reaches the set value, the air pump can be
automatically closed to stop inflation.

印度终止对涉华橡胶用炭黑反倾销税
India terminates anti-dumping duties on China-related rubber carbon black
2021 年 1 月 5 日，印度商工部发布公告，印度财政部税收局未接受印度商工部于 2020 年 12 月 22 日对原产
于或进口自中国和俄罗斯的橡胶用炭黑（Carbon Black used in Rubber Applications）继续征收反倾销税的建议，
决定终止对上述国家继续实施反倾销措施。
2008 年 12 月 26 日，印度对原产于或进口自澳大利亚、中国、伊朗、马来西亚、俄罗斯和泰国的橡胶用炭
黑进行反倾销立案调查。
2009 年 12 月 24 日，印度对该案作出反倾销终裁。其中，由于自马来西亚和伊朗进口的涉案产品未对国内
产业造成实质性损害，因此印度终止对上述 2 个国家的反倾销调查。
2010 年 1 月 28 日，印度对澳大利亚、中国、俄罗斯和泰国涉案征收反倾销税，其中澳大利亚为 0.138~0.330
美元 / 公吨，中国为 0.089~0.423 美元 / 公吨，俄罗斯为 0.136~0.391 美元 / 公吨，泰国为 0.084~0.186 美元 / 公吨。
2014 年 7 月 15 日，印度对原产于或进口自中国、俄罗斯和泰国的橡胶用炭黑进行第一次反倾销日落复审立
案调查。
2015 年 10 月 1 日，印度对该案作出第一次反倾销日落复审终裁，建议继续对中国和俄罗斯的橡胶用炭黑征
收反倾销税，调查期内自泰国进口橡胶用炭黑的倾销幅度为微量，因此决定取消对泰国涉案产品的反倾销措施。
2015 年 11 月 28 日，印度维持对原产于或进口自中国和俄罗斯的涉案产品征收为反倾销税，其中中国为
397.10 ～ 494 美元 / 公吨，俄罗斯为 36.17 美元 / 公吨，有效期为 5 年。2020 年 5 月 20 日，印度对原产于或进
口自中国和俄罗斯的橡胶用炭黑启动第二次反倾销日落复审立案调查。
2020 年 12 月 22 日，印度对该案作出第二次反倾销日落复审终裁，建议对中国和俄罗斯的涉案产品继续征
收有效期为 5 年反倾销税，税额分别为 494.0 美元 / 公吨和 36.17 美元 / 公吨。案件涉及印度海关编码 28030010
项下的产品，半导体化合物用热炭黑和炭黑不适用于此次反倾销措施。
