Abstract: In order to solve the quality problems of over-temperature, unstable joints, compound
unevenness and other quality problems of the four-station horizontal triangular hot paste production line,
improve production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of employees, the company cooperated with
Guilin Rubber Design Institute to develop a new four-station vertical triangle hot paste production line. The
new production line draws on the advantages of the original production line, apex compound production
line and manual bead bonding line, and at the same time introduces ABB robots to assist production, which
has significantly improvement in quality, productivity and personnel load.

泰国四季度橡胶出口订单猛增
Thailand's rubber export orders soared in the fourth quarter
QinRex 据泰国 9 月 28 日消息，展望 2020 年第 4 季度出口情况，橡胶订单将纷至沓来。
泰国 2020 年出口进入第 4 季度的最后冲刺阶段，全球新冠肺炎疫情仍没有停止扩张的迹象，经济、贸易、
全球所有市场的购买力都在下降，2020 年首 7 个月泰国出口为负增长 7.7%，今年所有办事处都确定泰国出口的
增长率将为负两位数。但调查发现，很多与新冠肺炎疫情相关的产品取得很好的成绩，今年第 4 季度的订单不断
增加，包括乳胶手套、橡胶产品等。
泰国橡胶协会会长叻猜表示，橡胶原料订单包括用于生产乳胶手套的浓缩乳胶、用于生产轮胎及其他产品的
标胶和烟片胶，从 6 月以来不断接到外国的订单，尤其是中国、马来西亚及越南，由于缅甸、柬埔寨劳工回国，
泰国国内没有足够的劳工收割橡胶以致于产量下降，促使国内外的橡胶价格上涨，目前新鲜乳胶价格是 48 铢 / 公
斤，生橡胶片 51 铢 / 公斤，烟熏橡胶片 58 铢 / 公斤，至于三级烟熏橡胶片的出口价是 62 铢 / 公斤。
现在橡胶订单大量增加，预计今年年底泰国将至少能出口 380 万吨橡胶，价值约 1800 亿铢，出口价值与
2019 年相近，但出口量比 2019 年的 410 吨少，因为橡胶产量下降。
