                cardiovascular and other aspects. Therefore, an effective way to reduce noise is urgently needed. The
                research of sound-absorbing materials is of great significance. Although there are some shortcomings in
                porous sound absorbing materials, their sound absorption characteristics are very important for noise control
                due to the relatively simple processing and wide range of materials. Biot put forward the theory of sound
                propagation in fluid-saturated porous media in 1956, which laid a theoretical foundation for the acoustics
                of porous media. With the continuous improvement of Boit theory, it is widely used in acoustics, and now
                computer simulation is widely used in scientific research. In this paper, the sound absorption characteristics of
                melamine foam material are analyzed based on Boit theory in VA One simulation software. The absorption
                properties of melamine foam materials are mainly studied on the thickness, density, air behind layer, porosity
                coefficient, viscosity coefficient and resistance factor. The understanding of the sound absorption property
                of melamine foam material is very important for noise control. It can effectively solve the noise pollution and
                save the application amount of melamine foam material.

                              巴斯夫全新抗氧化剂装置一期在上海漕泾落成投产
                     The first phase of BASF's new antioxidant plant was completed and put into production in Shanghai

                    2019 年 1 月 23 日,巴斯夫在上海漕泾基地的全新世界级抗氧化剂装置正式投产。该装置年产能 42  000  t,
                主要为塑料添加剂市场生产抗氧化剂及相应颗粒形态产品和混合物。该装置的一期工程包括粉末混合装置、液体
                抗氧化剂生产装置和颗粒形态生产装置,现已投入生产运营。
                    巴斯夫欧洲公司执行董事会成员凯礼博士 (Markus  Kamieth) 表示 : “ 通过这项投资,巴斯夫将巩固其作为全
                球领先的抗氧化剂供应商的地位。目前亚洲是世界上最大的抗氧化剂市场,而中国几乎占亚洲市场的 65%。我们
                认为中国市场将呈现出极具吸引力的中长期增长态势。”
                    Kothrade 表示 : “ 巴斯夫要成为客户心目中的领先化学品供应商。我们希望通过在中国投资兴建先进的生产
                装置,更好地预判并满足客户的需求。我们将巴斯夫在化工行业的独特专知与客户实力相结合,携手研发兼具经

                    新装置位于上海化学工业区内的巴斯夫漕泾基地,毗邻巴斯夫位于上海的地区研发中心,能为该地区的聚合
                物生产商提供技术支持。
                    抗氧化剂的重要性
                    抗氧化剂有助于防止塑料在高温加工环境下发生热氧化反应。氧化会造成材料冲击强度和伸长率下降、表面
                开裂和变色。在生产、加工和使用的某一个或多个阶段,几乎所有聚合物材料都会发生氧化降解反应。
                    巴斯夫的生产网络遍布全球,是唯一在亚洲、欧洲、北美和中东地区均拥有塑料添加剂生产基地的供应商。
