with the shortcomings of PID temperature control, this paper introduces the fuzzy control, combines the fuzzy
control and PID control to control the temperature of the barrel, and compares the simulation experiments
with the engineering software MATLAB7.0. The results show that the fuzzy variable coefficient PID temperature
control system has better robustness, less overshoot, and improves the accuracy of the barrel temperature
control. In the new era of rapid development of injection molding machine, the control accuracy of barrel
temperature is becoming more and more important, which will play a guiding role in the future development
of more precise barrel temperature control of injection molding machine.

2019 年 5 月中旬，在瑞士召开的《巴塞尔公约》第十四次缔约方大会上，全球 180 多个国家对公约做出修订，
决定将入进出口限制对象。这一 “ 限塑令 ” 是向塑料垃圾出口行为的 “ 宣战 ”，更是向全球塑料污染转嫁模式的
“ 亮剑 ”。长期以来，美国等发达国家常常出于对处理成本等因素的考虑，把混合有毒塑料垃圾打上 “ 可循环利用 ”
的标签出口到发展中国家。根据修订协议，发展中国家将首次获知进入其领土的塑料垃圾信息，并有权拒绝塑料
垃圾进入。这意味着，发达国家 “ 偷偷 ” 向发展中国家出口塑料垃圾将成为历史。
