Analysis and application of servo motor in controlling multi component
turntable of injection molding machine

Abstract: The turntable is a very important mechanism in the rotary multi component injection molding
machine, and its performance and efficiency determines the performance and efficiency of the injection
molding machine to a great extent. Taking the rotary multi-component injection molding machine as the
research object, the paper analyzed the motion state, rotary inertia and rotational torque of the turntable
device, planed closed loop control scheme and action logic according to the characteristics of gear drive,
provided a new solution for multi component turntable system.

新型医用 JMX 系列塑料推拉式连接器研发成功

SOURIAU 针对医疗行业推出了 JMX 系列塑料推拉式连接器，可供医疗专业人员轻松使用。JMX 连接器符
合 UL1977 和 IEC60601 标准，可连接外科设备、诊断设备和患者监护设备。SOURIAU 位于欧洲和北美的所有

（1）连接简单安全
JMX 系列符合人体本能设计，使用简单。每个插头都具有符合人体工程学的夹具和可视化指示器，便于对准
插座。
用户可使用 9 种不同颜色的代码和 6 种不同的关键选项来识别连接器并防止连接错误。该系列还具有 2000
次连接 / 断开周期，可供日常使用。该系列的技术特性均符合 UL1977 和 IEC60601 标准，并按照简化的医疗器
械设计。
（2）防水灭菌
JMX 系列还可以保护设备免受医疗环境中常见液体 ( 水、血液、清洁液 ) 的影响。JMX 系列的防护等级达
IP68，不论是在连接或断开情况下，都能在 10 m 的水中浸泡一周。它还能承受高压灭菌器消毒，并在 134℃下
进行 200 次（每次 /4 min）的循环。
(3）精心设计
SOURIAU 公司的 JMX 系列塑料推拉式连接器适用于所有医疗设备。其明亮的色彩和细长的外观能与设备
和谐相配，并从同类产品中脱颖而出。
（4）触点和规格选择广泛
JMX 系列拥有 9 种规格和 4 种不同的直径 (0.5、 0.7、 0.9 和 1.3 mm)，可承受高达 10 A/1 200 V 的电流和电压。
其触点分为焊接型或压接型，SOURIAU 的包覆成型线束可为客户提供永久的单件组装。该公司还将在 2017 年
和 2018 年推出的其他规格 (PCB 型号及其他规格 )。
（5）非医疗应用
尽管 JMX 系列塑料推拉式连接器专为医疗应用而设计，但同样适用于仪器仪表、机器人和照明应用。其人
体工程学、小规格及防护等级均可满足相应的市场需求。
