2 蒸汽管路的结构形式
硫化机蒸汽管路通常是 20# 无缝钢管或 304 不锈
钢管，通过法兰对接，将各个阀门按照热工原理图连
接在一起，形成完整的控制回路，阀门与管路连接形
成的单元，我们叫做普通式蒸汽阀组，如图 3。由于
轮胎工艺步骤繁多，所需要的通路也多，普通式的蒸
汽阀组体积庞大。随着生产技术的不断进步，阀门制
作厂家研发设计了集成式蒸汽阀组，如图 4。集成阀

组的所有阀门安装在阀块上 , 利用阀块内部流道构造
来替代复杂的单根管路结构，节省管路分布空间，同
时消除管道因冲击、电焊腐蚀等造成泄漏。集成阀组
占用空间小，更美观节能。

Overview of steam pipeline of tire curing press

Abstract: The steam pipeline is the main component that controls the curing process parameters during
the vulcanization of the green tire on the tire curing press. This article systematically discusses the role of the
steam pipeline in the tire curing process of the B-type curing press, as well as the composition and structure
of the steam pipeline. And detailed analysis of the control principles of the various channels in the steam
pipeline and the use of different types of steam pipelines.

轮胎企业越南 120 万套全钢轮胎项目全面开工
Tire enterprise Vietnam's 1.2 million sets of all-steel tires project started in full swing

从贵阳市国资委获悉，位于越南前江省龙江工业园区、贵州轮胎股份有限公司 ( 越南 ) 年产 120 万条全钢子
午线轮胎项目，克服了疫情影响，厂区、厂房等土建基础设施全面开工，正加足马力建设中，标志着在越南进入
了全面实施阶段。
该项目在越南前江省规划总用地面积约 301 亩，建设包括炼胶车间、子午胎生产车间、检测中心、污水处理
站等基础设施，计划投资人民币 14.76 亿元，建设工期 14 个月。建成投产后，可实现全钢子午线轮胎年产 120 万条，
实现年销售收入人民币约 10.28 亿元。
贵州轮胎越南项目自 2018 年启动以来，先后在越南完成了投资执照、企业境外投资证书、项目规划许可、
消防建审许可、环评许可等相关手续。今年，因疫情防控，建设中需要的进口设备及零部件的生产、供应处于停
滞状态，贵州轮胎积极应对，克服困难按计划推进着施工进程。
