                       Study on properties of carbon black reinforced natural rubber

                    Abstract: This paper taken carbon black as a reinforcing agent to reinforce the natural rubber of each
                grade, and compares the properties of natural rubber before and after reinforcement to study the effect
                of carbon black on the properties of various grades of natural rubber. The experimental results show that
                the scorch time sequence of carbon black reinforced natural rubber was 11#>10#>9#≈12#; The order of
                vulcanization time was 12#>11#>10#>9#; The order of vulcanization speed was 9#≈10#>11#>12#; The
                order of crosslink density was 12#>10#>11#>9#. The carbon black reinforcement increased the hardness,
                tensile strength, tear strength, abrasion resistance and fatigue resistance of the natural rubber vulcanizate,
                and the elongation at break decreased. The order of tensile strength for carbon black reinforced natural
                rubber vulcanizate was 9#≈10#>11#>12#; The order of tear strength was 10#>9#>11#>12#; The order of
