Analysis of the effect of three vulcanization systems on solubilized
styrene-butadiene rubber and 1052 vulcanizate

Abstract: This experiment investigated the effects of common vulcanization system (CV), semi-effective
vulcanization system (SEV) and effective vulcanization system (EV) on the basic properties of solubilized
styrene-butadiene rubber (T2000R) and 1052 vulcanizate. The experimental results show that the cross-linking
density of the SEV vulcanizate is the highest, while the CV vulcanizate has the lowest crosslink density; The
T2000R vulcanizate, the CV vulcanizate has the highest tensile strength, and the EV system is the second,
while the SEV system is the lowest. The variation rule of 100% modulus for T2000R vulcanizate: EV>SEV>CV, and
the variation rule of 100% modulus for 1502 vulcanizate is opposite to that of T2000R. The three vulcanization
systems have the same effect rule on the tear strength of T2000R and 1502 vulcanizates. The tear strength
relationship of the vulcanizates is CV>EV>SEV. The hardness of T2000R vulcanizate is slightly greater than 1502
vulcanizate.

广饶轮胎企业环保踩雷，最高被罚 513 万！
Guangrao tire company was fined 5.13 million for environmental protection issues!
10 月 29 日，广饶县环境保护局公开了 10 月份行政处罚的公示信息，有多家轮胎企业进入了该批次的处罚
名单，其中因涉嫌违反 “ 三同时 ” 制度被处罚的企业最多，罚款金额也偏大。
根据发布的信息，在 10 月 10 日一天，山东中一橡胶有限公司因涉嫌违反 “ 三同时 ” 制度、 涉嫌违反固体废
物管理制度、涉嫌通过逃避监管的方式排放大气污染物被环保局处罚 7 次，分别被处以 160 万元、60 万元不等的
罚款，共计 513 万元。
据了解，导致该公司被罚 160 万的 “ 三同时 ” 制度来自于《建设项目环境保护管理条例》，该制度规定，建
设项目中防治污染的设施，应当与主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投产使用。
此外，涌金橡胶、森泰橡胶及广大轮胎也因不同原因被处以 1 万 ~20 万不等金额的罚款。
