Effect of different antioxidants on the adhesion performance of
water-based adhesive adhering V-band wrapping adhesive

Abstract: By changing the anti-aging system in the V-belt wrapping adhesive formula system, the effects
of different anti-aging systems on the physical properties of vulcanized rubber and the adhesion performance
of water-based adhesive prepared from mixed rubber were studied. Research has shown that different anti-
aging systems have no effect on the degree of vulcanization of the mixed rubber, but have a significant
impact on the vulcanization rate of the mixed rubber; The combination system of antioxidant RD/MB has the
best heat and oxygen aging performance for vulcanized rubber, while antioxidant 264 has the worst heat
and oxygen aging performance for vulcanized rubber; As the amount of adhesive increases, it is detrimental
to the adhesion performance of the water-based adhesive, and the physical and mechanical properties of
the vulcanized rubber after thermal oxygen aging significantly affect the adhesion performance of the water-
based adhesive.

河南恒星科技股份有限公司是国内 A 股上市公司,在河南、内蒙古、广西拥有 4 个实体制造基地。该企业的
主要产品涵盖钢帘线、钢续线、胶管钢丝、金刚线和高性能有机硅聚合物等领域,多样化的产品线为其业绩增长
贡献了重要动力。
神马实业股份有限公司作为平煤神马集团的控股子公司,该企业主要业务涵盖化工、化纤等领域。其产业结
构横跨化工、化纤两大行业,其中工业丝 ( 帘子布 ) 是其主要产品之一。神马实业在平煤神马集团尼龙板块担当
