                 Failure analysis and process optimization of temperature-resistant

                 Abstract: Hot stamping process is a common surface treatment technology, which utilizes heat and
             pressure to transfer the pattern to the surface of the substrate by combining the heat-sensitive foil or hot melt
             adhesive with the printing material. However, in practical application, the problem of poor temperature and
             water resistance of hot stamping products is prominent. In this paper, we analyze the reasons for the failure
             of hot stamping temperature water resistance, and find that there may be problems in three aspects:raw
             material performance, hardware and process, so we put forward an improvement plan for hot stamping
             temperature water resistance from these aspects, which is verified to meet the performance requirements.
