A kind of design of the powder system storage bucket for
the upper auxiliary machine

Abstract: As an important part of the powder system of the upper auxiliary machine, the storage bucket
has many functions, including the storage of powder, the supply of powder for the feeder, and the isolation
of the upper and lower environments. With the improvement of the informatization level of tire factories,
the requirements for product quality have increased, and the storage bucket has also been given some
new functions. In order to achieve these requirements, this paper analyzes the function and structure of the
storage bucket, and proposes a design of the storage bucket for the powder system of the upper auxiliary
machine, which provides a reference for the related design work.
