Abstract: Conical twin-screw extrusion tablet press is an important equipment in the tire production
process. It has many advantages such as high degree of automation and good environmental protection.
In daily use, due to various factors, there are often problems of poor film quality and flash edge on both sides
of the film, which not only pollutes the on-site environment, but also increases energy consumption. Based on
the working principle and structural characteristics of the conical twin-screw extrusion tablet press, this paper
analyzes the factors that affect the quality of the tablet and puts forward specific improvement measures.
