Abstract: This paper refers to the transformation direction of the mainstream equipment in the tire
manufacturing industry, that is, the transformation of the support block as the transformation direction of
the two-drum building machine, and designs the transformation of the old two-drum building machine. The
researchers produced the green tires using one-step building using slotted segments, seamless segments, and
a new design. Through the analysis of the final product appearance and X-ray image feedback, the structural
advantages of the new design seamless sector block are finally determined, and further requirements are put
forward for the direction of the support block transformation.
