Outer inspection automatic sorting system for semi-steel radial tire

Abstract: At present, semi-steel radial tires have a production capacity of 15,000 tires per day, and the
planned maximum production capacity of the plant in the future is 18,000 tires per day. The newly added
finished tire sorting system project aims to realize the functions of automatic conveying, automatic trimming,
automatic sorting, automatic machine inspection, automatic warehousing and conveying, and real-time
automatic data upload of PCR finished tires. The new system will change the current situation of mainly relying
on manual labor for trimming, sorting and loading, inspection-free unloading and warehousing, and machine
inspection for transportation and loading of tires.

普利司通投资 6 亿，升级超大型轮胎工厂
Bridgestone invests 600 million yuan to upgrade super-large tire factory

近日，普利司通宣布，计划投资 102 亿日元（约合人民币 6.14 亿元）升级其日本下关工厂设备。设备安装
计划将于 2022 年开始，并于 2025 年底完成。
中国橡胶网了解到，下关工厂是普利司通采矿和建筑业等大型轮胎的主要生产基地。设备升级将提高该工厂
的安全水平、企业应对自然灾害的能力，以及生产效率和产品质量。
据悉，普利司通正在全球范围内，发展采矿轮胎和解决方案业务。根据中期业务计划的要求，下关工厂升级
是普利司通扩展采矿轮胎和解决方案业务的重要组成部分。
除了升级新设备，下关工厂还将安装太阳能新设备和处理系统，用于工业需求的水转化为饮用水，以增加可
再生能源发电的比例，提高用水效率。此外，该工厂将引入水净化系统，来减少对周围环境的影响。
普利司通计划，到 2030 年二氧化碳排放总量比 2011 年降低 50％。到 2050 年，实现碳中和。
