                         Current status and development direction of waste rubber

                    Abstract: Following after the white pollution, waste rubber is another major pollution-black pollution,
                which is another major problem worldwide. Among them, the largest proportion is waste tires. Countries
                around the world, especially developed countries, have devoted themselves to tire recycling research.
                Especially the reuse of its recycled products: on the one hand to solve the shortage of resources, on the other
                hand to obtain higher economic value. After long-term research, people have found that compared with
                treatment methods such as retreading, manufacturing rubber powder and reclaimed rubber, as asphalt filler,
                and directly as fuel incineration, pyrolysis is one of the best ways to treat waste tires. It has the characteristics
                of large processing capacity, no secondary pollution, and realization of resource recycling. It makes waste
                tires just misplaced treasures and is called "black gold". This article will briefly introduce the recycling of waste
                rubber, its source, hazards, and the scope of pyrolysis. Finally, it discusses the process of recycling waste rubber
                by pyrolysis, the application of pyrolysis products (pyrolysis oil, pyrolysis gas, pyrolysis carbon, fiber and steel),
                and the future development prospects of pyrolysis technology.

                             多个轮胎项目通过认定成为行业示范,引领产业升级
                   A number of tire projects have been recognized as industry demonstrations, leading industrial upgrading

                    近日,东营市政府组织开展了市级示范园区、智能工厂、数字化车间、工业互联网平台试点示范项目认定工作,
                经企业申报、县区推荐、专家评审、现场考察、意见征求,研究确定认定示范园区 1 个、智能工厂 6 个、数字化
                车间 23 个、工业互联网平台 2 个。其中,橡胶轮胎行业多家企业入选。
                    经过评选,赛轮(东营)轮胎股份有限公司基于人工智能技术的高性能半钢子午胎智能化项目、山东胜通钢
                帘线有限公司高精特种钢丝智能化生产项目入选智能工厂项目。
                    智能工厂中,山东华盛橡胶有限公司半钢子午胎生产车间数字化项目、山东万达宝通轮胎有限公司 1500 万
                条 / 年半钢子午胎生产车间数字化项目、广饶吉星轮胎有限公司半钢子午胎生产车间数字化提升项目、东营市方
                兴橡胶有限责任公司半钢子午胎生产车间数字化提升项目、山东耐斯特炭黑有限公司绿色轮胎用环保炭黑车间数
                字化项目等 5 个橡胶轮胎项目入选。
                    据悉,该评选是根据 “ 优势产业 + 人工智能 ” 三年行动计划方案实施,重点在东营市市工业和信息化领域培
                育一批数字化车间、智能工厂、工业互联网平台、人工智能创新应用示范园区。
