Effects of different vulcanization systems on the physical and
mechanical properties of nitrile rubber before and after aging

Abstract: This article mainly studies the effects of different vulcanization systems on the vulcanization
characteristics and physical and mechanical properties of hot air and hot oil before and after aging for
nitrile rubber. Comparing different vulcanization systems, the experimental results show that: different
vulcanization systems have obvious effects on the vulcanization characteristics of nitrile rubber. The scorch
time and process normal vulcanization time of 1# vulcanization system are longer, and the scorch time of 4#
vulcanization system is shorter and the process normal vulcanization time is shorter. Comparing the physical
and mechanical properties of the four vulcanization systems before and after aging, it can be seen that after
3 days of hot air aging, the elongation at break of 1# vulcanized rubber and 3# vulcanized rubber decreased
significantly, and the tensile strength changed little, 1# and 3# have higher tensile strength than 2# and 4#.
After 3 days of hot oil aging, the elongation at break of 1# vulcanized rubber and 3# vulcanized rubber
decreased significantly, the tensile strength decreased slightly, and the tensile strength was higher than that
of 2# and 4#. Among the four vulcanization systems, 2# and 4# have better heat resistance. The elongation
at break does not change much before and after aging, and the tensile strength increases slightly, but the
tensile strength is relatively low.

越南轮胎大动作 ：橡胶巨头进军轮胎产业

2020 年 11 月初，越南橡胶集团股份有限公司（VRG）在一次会议中，宣布计划通过兼并和收购越南化工集
团（Vinachem）下属公司来投资轮胎和内胎生产。
据中国轮胎商务网了解，Vinachem 是一家从事化工生产的多学科企业集团。在越南主要有四家本土轮胎制
造商，分别是南方橡胶（Casumina），大囊橡胶（Da Nang Rubber 简称 DRC），圣旺 （Sao Vang Rubber 简称
SRC）和 Inoue Rubber Vietnam。Vinachem 便是这四家轮胎企业的最大股东。
2019 年，Vinachem 销售了 940 万条自行车轮胎，648 万条摩托车轮胎和 343 万条汽车轮胎。其中大囊橡胶
的产量更高，约占整个生产的所有轮胎和内胎的三分之一。
VRG 表示，他们正专注于重组业务，增加对橡胶行业的投资。VRG 补充说，并购将有助于闭合橡胶轮胎和
内胎产品的价值链。目前，VRG 主要开展橡胶胶乳种植加工、橡胶木材加工、橡胶工业产品加工、橡胶种植地
产业园区和高科技农业 5 大活动。在天然橡胶领域，VRG 管理着超过 40 万公顷的橡胶，2019 年的平均产量为每
公顷 1.56 t。
这次 VRG 集团计划收购 Vinachem，旨在通过重组业务，增加对橡胶行业的投资。VRG 补充说，并购将有
助于闭合橡胶轮胎和内胎产品的价值链。因此，扩大轮胎和内胎的生产可以帮助集团充分利用资源，提高橡胶的
使用率和产出效率，开拓世界轮胎市场，赚取更多的利润。
根据全球轮胎工厂 DOT 代码统计数字，目前越南一共有 19 家轮胎工厂，这里还不包括贵州轮胎和金宇轮
胎的新建工厂。其中本土轮胎制造商有 5 家，外资的一共有 10 家，分别是普利司通、米其林、优科豪马、锦湖、
正新、建大、赛轮、贵州、金宇、固铂。这些企业在越南都建设有工厂，其中固铂的工厂是和赛轮合资，米其林
是 Camso 工厂，优科豪马有两个工厂。
