Research and practice of rubber quality prediction based on MES
production data

Abstract: In order to improve the sampling accuracy of Mooney viscosity produced by mixer, this paper
described Mooney viscosity prediction method based on the production data of manufacturing execution
system, and gave a statistical method based on the data of the production execution system and the quality
data of the compound. The author analyzed the influencing factors of the quality and established the quality
prediction neural network to provide the sampling basis for the rubber quality Mennon test.

欧盟轮胎生产商申请对华轮胎进行反倾销调查

据外媒报道，几周前，有欧盟轮胎生产商向欧洲委员会（反倾销调查机关）提出申请，要求对来自中国的卡
客车轮胎产品进行反倾销调查。
根据 Eurostat 相关数据，2013~2016 年，来自中国的轮胎平均价格从 2 820 欧元 /t 降至 2 200 欧元 /t，而进
口数量却增长近 1 倍。
消息称，目前尚不清楚是哪家企业提出此次反倾销申请，但风神轮胎、中策橡胶、青岛福轮等中国轮胎生产商，
在申请中均被点名。
目前，欧洲委员会还在考虑是否发起调查。如果相关部门决定立案，调查很可能于本月开始。
据中国海关统计，2015 年和 2016 年，中国出口欧盟的卡客车轮胎数量同比增幅分别为 6.8%、12.1%，并未
达到申请方提出的增长 1 倍。
近年来，中国轮胎行业发展日新月异，多家轮胎企业纷纷走出国门，以价格优势为跳板，迅速进行市场扩张。
2009 年，时任美国总统的奥巴马决定，对中国乘用车和轻型卡车轮胎连续 3 年征收限制性关税。
之后，欧盟、澳大利亚、印度、埃及、哥伦比亚、巴西和欧亚经济委员会（俄、白、哈）等国家和地区（组织），
相继对中国轮胎及相关产品展开 “ 双反 ” 调查。
