                   Application of linear guide pair in plate movement of large two plate

                    Abstract: Linear guide has the characteristics of low friction coefficient and high positioning accuracy,
                which is widely used in high-precision machine tool processing equipment, plays a guiding and positioning
                role, and saves energy. Whether this part can be used in the support movement of large two plate injection
                molding machine, give full play to its performance characteristics, so as to improve the production quality
                and low energy consumption of injection molding machine equipment, and make it more in line with the
                national requirements of energy saving and emission reduction. This paper starts from the selection of linear
                guide rail, and makes an in-depth exploration of the influencing factors of linear guide rail life. This paper finds
                out the static safety factor of linear guide used in the service life of injection molding machine and the main
                factors affecting its service life, such as dust prevention, lubrication and so on, and explores the experience
                basis for the application of linear guide in the movement of medium plate in large two plate injection molding
                machine.
