Synthesis and properties of polydimethylsiloxane hybrid materials

Abstract: Sol-gel method is generally a method for preparing high purity materials by hydrolysis
condensation of metal alkoxides under acid or base catalysis conditions. Electrospinning is a kind of spinning
method that polymer solution or melt can obtain ultra-fine or nano fibers by spraying and drawing with the
-TiO 2 fibers and PDMS/SiO 2 electrospun
help of high-voltage electrostatic force. In this paper, PDMS/SiO 2
fibers were prepared by the above two methods. Silica sol was prepared by sol-gel method using tetraethyl
orthosilicate as raw material. PDMS hybrid solution was added to prepare PDMS/SiO 2 hybrid fiber membrane
by electrospinning. The electrospinnability of PDMS/SiO 2 hybrid fiber membrane and the average diameter of
PDMS/SiO 2 hybrid fiber membrane were compared by adding different amount of tetraethyl orthosilicate. The
Si-Ti sol was prepared by sol-gel method using tetraethyl orthosilicate and tetrabutyl titanate as raw materials.

Then the Polydimethylsiloxanepolydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) solution was added to prepare the PDMS/SiO 2
-TiO 2 hybrid fiber, different amounts of
spinning fiber by the pulling method. In the preparation of PDMS / SiO 2
tetraethyl orthosilicate and tetrabutyl titanate were added, and the change trend of the average diameter
-TiO 2 hybrid fiber was compared.
