Abstract: The factors affecting the alcoholysis degree of polyvinyl acetate were studied and the
properties of PVA were observed. PVA was prepared by ultrasonic alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate (PVAC)
with different temperatures and the amount of catalyzer (NaOH) added. The alcoholysis degree of PVA
was calculated by measuring the volatile content of PVA, the content of sodium acetate in PVA and the
content of sodium hydroxide in PVA. The effects of temperature and catalyst on alcoholysis degree were
obtained from experiments. Infrared spectra were obtained by infrared spectroscopy, and characterized. The
mechanical properties of PVA were measured by universal experimental machine, and the properties of PVA
were deeply understood. The experimental results showed that the alcoholysis degree was affected by water
content, temperature and concentration of sodium hydroxide. In methanol containing 2.5% sodium hydroxide
and 40 ℃ , the alcoholysis degree of polyvinyl acetate was the most completely. The alcoholysis degree of
polyvinyl acetate was 97.54%.

SABIC 设立欧洲废弃塑料回收商业工厂
SABIC sets up European waste plastic recycling commercial factory
沙特基础工业公司 (SABIC) 日前宣布,该公司已与英国领先的化工塑料回收公司 PLASTIC ENERGY 签署
一项谅解备忘录 (MoU),为 SABIC 在欧洲的石化业务运营供应原料。
根据协议,SABIC 将成为实施废弃塑料回收投资项目的石化产品公司。该投资项目旨在将混合塑料废弃物通
过化学回收,转化为原料聚合物。
SABIC 和 PLASTIC ENERGY 计划在荷兰设立首家商业工厂,用于提炼和升级一种具有价值的原料 ——
PLASTIC ENERGY 的专利产品 TACOIL。该原料将通过回收原定于焚化或填埋处理的低质量、混合塑料废弃物,
进行 TACOIL 生产。新工厂预计将在 2021 年开始商业投产。
SABIC 表示,该工厂的设立对于 SABIC 而言是一项重要里程碑,显示出该公司恪守承诺,建立可循环经济,
确保实现可持续性目标。
SABIC 公司可持续总经理 Frank Kuijpers 表示 : “ 可持续性是是 SABIC 的核心价值,此次签订的协议也进
一步证明可回收经济是我们公司的战略基础。SABIC 非常荣幸能成为首家实施废弃塑料回收成为蒸汽裂化原料投
资项目的石化产品公司,这一激动人心的项目也是我们公司恪守承诺,稳步发展塑料化学回收进程,使之成为原
料聚合物的有力证明。”
PLASTIC ENERGY 创始人兼首席执行官 Carlos Monreal 表示 : “ 我们很高兴能够与 SABIC 在塑料回收项
目上达成合作,支持其在欧洲的石化业务运营。我们已在西班牙设立 2 家工业厂房,实现全年无休生产。此外我
们还拥有一支拥有十多年经验的技术团队,开发专利技术。我们先进的专家意见将促成塑料回收再利用新机遇,
推动可循环经济发展。”
此前,PLASTIC ENERGY 已成功申请一项热化学转换技术专利,将使用寿命到期、未清洁和受污染的塑料,
以及通过一般方式难以回收的塑料大规模地转换为可使用原料。通过这一技术,塑料将在无氧环境下溶解,并分
解成为无机油类。这种油类之后将作为传统石化用途的原材料,进行精炼和升级。
