                     Study on synthesis and properties of hyperbranched waterborne
                                                       polyurethane

                    Abstract: Hyperbranched polymer is a kind of material with low viscosity and multi-reactive functional
                groups. It is suitable for modification of reactive resins, especially waterborne polyurethane resins and other
                resins. Because of its low viscosity and many terminal functional groups, the properties of some resins can be
                improved by physical blending or chemical polymerization to obtain better membrane properties. Therefore,
                the development of hyperbranched waterborne polyurethane is also one of the development directions of
                waterborne polyurethane. In this paper, hyperbranched waterborne polyurethane is synthesized. The solubility,
                molecular weight and branching degree of the product are tested, and the film properties of the product are
                studied.

                    专注于生产吹瓶容器的 Plastipak 集团旗下的意大利吹瓶公司 Plastipak Italia Preforme 近日宣布与 Garbo 公
                司合作，研发可实现工业规模量产的 PET 化学回收解决方案。
                    总部位于意大利的 Garbo 公司专注于生产高附加值材料的提纯，包括从 PET 的化学回收中提炼对苯二甲酸
                酯(BHET。它同时还与意大利博洛尼亚大学及摩德纳大学共同开发了一款名为 ChemPET 的化学回收方案。
                     新的合作方式将推进在瓶胚和瓶子应用中采用 PET 化学回收。
                     此外，Plastpak 将利用 Garbo 的化学回收技术来拓展其回收和可持续性发展能力。
                     作为交易的一部分，两家公司都将致力于扩大全球合作。
                      该交易还将支持 Plastpak 为其客户提供可持续的包装解决方案。公司目前在北美、南美、欧洲、非洲和亚
                洲拥有 40 多个生产设施。
                      去年 10 月份，Plastipak 公司对其位于德克萨斯州加兰市 (Garland) 的生产基地投资了 1  000 万美元，以改
                善生产机械设备。
                      Plastipak 公司加兰生产基地建于 1996 年，占地面积 40 万平方英尺，主要为胡椒博士 (Dr  Pepper，七喜公
                司生产的一种焦糖碳酸饮料 )、百事可乐、卡夫亨氏以及宝洁公司提供硬质包装容器。
