4 结论
采用仪表控制结合西门子 S7-200PLC 与 Portal
V13 中组态系统 WinCC RT advanced 建立以太网通
讯，应用 Modbus RTU 协议采集现场信号并做数据记
录和加密处理，针对组合式双螺杆挤出机，结合筒体

加热超温保护机制及航空电连接器，保证了设备拆接
的可靠性和便利性以及工艺参数的保密性。采用称重
传感器连接组态到 PLC 中的 SIWAREX 称重模块，实
时进行计量和加料控制，保证了实验装置的稳定运行，
分区测量环检测料温料压的设计方法为各种配方提供
了详细准确的试验参数，可拆卸筒体实现了挤出机一
机多用，为客户节省了成本，是该类实验项目中理想
的设计方案。

Control system design of combined twin screw extruder based on

Abstract: Aiming at the combined twin screw extruder and its feeding system, this paper used the
instrument control combined with SIEMENS S7-200PLC and Portal V13 configuration system WinCC RT
advanced to establish Ethernet communication. Modbus RTU protocol is used to collect the field signal, and
to do data recording and encryption processing, along with the over temperature protection mechanism
of cylinder heating and avionics connectors, to guarantee the reliability and convenience of equipment
disassembly and the confidentiality of process parameters.
