Abstract: Injection molding process and mold design is an integrated science with continuous
development. Not only with the improvement of polymer materials synthesis technology, innovation of
injection molding equipment and maturity of molding process, it will be also developing with penetration of
computer technology, rapid prototyping technology, numerical simulation technology and digital application
technology in the field of injection molding processing. This lecture mainly include: Injection mold structure
and classification, injection-molded part design, injection molding process, the relationship between injection
molding machine and mold, Injection mold design, special injection mold, injection mold CAD and its
intelligent system.

伊士曼推出最新胶黏剂解决方案

2017 年 8 月底，伊士曼 (Eastman) 在第二十届中国国际胶黏剂及密封剂展览会上推出最新的胶黏剂解决方案。
依托于对市场的深入了解，以及专业技术能力，伊士曼成功升级了数款产品，涵盖了从石油树脂到无定型聚烯烃
聚合物等不同类别，并齐齐亮相于本次展会。
这些新产品包括 ： Aerafin 聚合物、EastotacC 100XF 氢化石油树脂和 Kristalex5140SD/ 3105SD/
Plastolyn290SD 纯单体树脂。它们均具有色泽浅、低气味、低挥发性以及优异的热稳定性等特点，可广泛应用于
各种终端市场，诸如卫材、汽车、过滤器、包装和床垫等。
作为新一代聚烯烃产品，伊士曼 Aerafin 聚合物 ( 包括 Aerafin180 和 Aerafin17) 能让热熔胶黏剂配方具有较
宽的加工温度窗口，且清洁运行。同时能在较低温度下施胶，并具备卓越的剥离强度和低气味，满足业内对于一
流烯烃基热熔胶的期望。
此外，得益于 Aerafin 提供的高、低两种黏性，配方师能够拥有更多灵活性调制配方，以满足客户对不同应
用的要求。为了让客户更好地了解 Aerafin 产品，伊士曼还特别在展会现场准备了一套演示系统，客户可以根据
自身需求选取不同的工艺设备和条件，从而更直观地了解 Aerafin 的性能。
EastotacC100XF 是伊士曼新推出的一款氢化石油树脂，可应用于胶黏剂配方中，具有出众的物理和功能特
性。这款新树脂产品的初始颜色较浅，同时在热稳定性和总挥发性有机化合物方面有显著提升。EastotacC100XF
在南京扬子伊士曼工厂生产，主要销往中国国内和亚洲市场。
Kristalex5140SD、3105SD 和 Plastolyn290SD 是三款新型的纯单体树脂产品，旨在满足市场对于通过现代
毒理学标准测试且具有高稳定性、低挥发性、低风险性的树脂类产品日益增长的需求。它们在食品包装、卫材和
专用压敏胶内表现出色。
