Application of Sanken Lida frequency converter in the transformation of
high speed steel wire stranding machine

Abstract: In the production of steel wire rubber hoses, the quality of the stranded steel wire plays a vital
role. The quality of the stranded steel wire mainly depends on the advanced nature of the constant tension
control system of the wire stranding machine. The advancement of the constant tension control system
has a central position in the unwinding and winding process of steel wire. Therefore, this paper uses the WD
series winding special frequency converter introduced by Sanken Lida to transform and upgrade the tension
control system of the high-speed steel wire piling machine, and upgrade the passive unwinding to the active
unwinding. The tension detecting mechanism was added, and the frequency converter was used to realize
closed-loop control. Through the inspection of the actual production process, the whole system has the
advantages of high degree of automation, simple operation, stable operation, etc., which can meet the
requirements of the production process.

美国卡博特公司宣布，其位于中国内蒙古乌海的气相白炭黑新工厂正式投产，这座世界级的气相白炭黑生产
基地，将为卡博特全球增添 8 000 t 的产能。随着乌海工厂的正式投产，卡博特成为中国市场最大的气相白炭黑
供应商。
卡博特乌海项目于 2016 年 9 月正式对外宣布，是卡博特与内蒙古恒业成有机硅公司合资组建的世界级气相
白炭黑生产工厂，其中卡博特持有 80% 的股份。
在该项合作中，卡博特引进了其先进的气相白炭黑生产技术，以及在快速增长的中国市场中拥有强劲的领导
地位，而恒业公司成为该项目提供长期可靠的原料来源，并与卡博特以闭环方式实现循环经济运营模式，双方以
最大限度地实现副产品的综合利用，同时消除了生产废弃物。
