Effect of different ratio RD/4020 anti-aging system on the properties of
V belt compression rubber

Abstract: The effects of different dosages of RD and 4020 anti-aging system on the physical and
mechanical properties, apparent crosslinking density and dynamic heat-generating properties of V-belt
-M L and
compression rubber before and after aging were studied. The results showed that, t 10 , t 90 , M H
apparent crosslink density changed little with the increase of 4020 and RD. The amount of 4020 and RD
has little effect on the physical and mechanical properties. When the dosage of RD is fixed and 4020/RD is
2/1.5,the performance retention rate is the highest; When the dosage of 4020 is fixed, and the amount of RD
is changed, the amount of RD has little effect on the performance retention rate. When the dosage of 4020
is fixed, the tanδ is the lowest when the 4020/RD is 1.2/1.5, and when the 4020/RD is 2/1.5, the change rate of
tanδ is the lowest. When fixed the dosage of 4020 and increasing RD, the change rate of tanδ changed little.

我国胶黏剂产量和销售额持续高速增长
China's adhesive production and sales continuous rapid growth

近年来，我国胶黏剂行业随着社会经济的发展呈现持续、快速、稳定发展的态势，胶黏剂的产量和销售额持
续高速增长。目前，国内胶黏剂产品主要以中低档胶黏剂为主，部分胶黏剂产品 ( 如通用型产品 ) 的产能已超过
市场需求，市场竞争十分激烈。
随着新能源、电子电器、机械、汽车、航天航空等行业的发展，高性能、高品质胶黏剂产品的市场需求仍在
不断扩大，国际知名化工企业纷纷将相关生产装置与技术战略性地转移到中国大陆，并占据了国内高端胶黏剂市
场的较大份额。
据前瞻产业研究院发布的《中国胶黏剂行业产销需求与投资预测分析报告》统计显示，2014 年我国胶黏剂
产量为 672.5 万 t，需求量为 649.9 万 t ； 2015 年国内胶黏剂产量为 735.8 万 t，需求量为 713.5 万 t。
前瞻产业研究院分析师表示，近 10 年来，我国胶黏剂产量保持上升的趋势，年复合增长率超过 10%，并且
胶黏剂产量增速与 GDP 增速关联度较高。目前已是世界最大胶黏剂生产国，行业规模不断扩大，市场前景广阔。
从下游细分市场看，目前国内主要应用领域为建筑、包装 / 标签、木工制品等。其中建筑 / 施工 / 民用工程 /
装饰工艺用胶占 28.7%，包装与标签用胶占 21.1%，木工和细木工制品用胶占 13.8%，交通运输用胶占 7.6%。因此，
受益于房地产后周期、基建、汽车等下游需求回升，胶黏剂需求量也将持续增加。
根据中国胶黏剂和胶黏带工业协会公布的信息，“ 十三五 ” 期间胶黏剂和胶黏带行业产量年平均增长率将为
8% 左右，并将限制部分高污染、高耗能的溶剂型胶带的发展，重点发展环保性及功能性兼备的热熔型胶带、水
性胶带等。努力使行业产品更加高端化、功能化，进入航空、军事、电子等领域。
