                    Abstract: Taking the retired silicone rubber composite insulator in the southeast coast as the object,
                the surface pollution and aging characteristics of its umbrella silicone rubber were analyzed by Scanning
                electron microscope (SEM)/energy dispersion spectrum (EDS), laser confocal micro Raman, Fourier infrared
                spectroscopy (FT-IR), Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and
                compared with the silicone rubber composite insulator not in service. The research results indicate that
                compared to unused insulators (new insulators), retired silicone rubber composite insulators have a large
                amount of dirt on the surface, and exhibit a large number of cracks and holes. At the same time, the
                proportion of O, Al, and S elements in waste insulators increases, while the proportion of C, Si, and Zn elements
                correspondingly decreases. Silicone rubber composite insulators experience carbonization during service. In
                addition, the thermal stability of retired silicone rubber composite insulators is significantly lower than that of
                unused insulators, and the content of polydimethylsiloxane is relatively low.

                    5 月 22 日,德国大陆集团在其官网宣布,已将其位于俄罗斯卡卢加的工厂出售给俄罗斯 S8  Capital 公司。
                协议双方已同意不披露购买价格或进一步的细节。
                    通过这一举措,大陆集团剥离了其在俄罗斯的大部分业务,作为其宣布的退出俄罗斯市场的一部分。该交易
                已获得相关部门的批准。
                    大陆集团于 2013 年在卡卢加开设了轮胎工厂,工厂的产能为 300 万条乘用和轻卡轮胎。
                    大陆集团在卡卢加的工厂生产乘用轮胎、空调和动力转向管路以及供应俄罗斯市场的空气悬架系统。此次出
                售还包括轮胎集团在莫斯科的一家经销商。
                    大陆集团和 S8 已经同意,作为销售合同的一部分,1 100 名员工将被全面接管。
                    大陆集团表示,公司继续持有与俄罗斯 Mettem 公司在奇斯托波尔生产行车记录仪的合资企业的股份,该合
                资企业拥有约 10 名员工。在这里,销售流程处于高级阶段,但监管部门的批准仍在等待中。
                    大陆集团目前在莫斯科也设有销售办事处,约有 30 名员工。大陆表示,计划 “ 以有控制的撤出 ” 为目标。
