                    Abstract: Based on electromagnetic theory, this article studies the microwave cracking mechanism of
                waste rubber, elaborates on the process flow of microwave cracking of waste rubber, and proposes a disc
                structure cracking equipment scheme based on microwave characteristics. We have designed a disc type
                waste rubber cracking equipment that can perform continuous cracking using a circular arrangement of
                microwave tubes. The cracking equipment consists of a feeding device, a cracking device, a discharge
                device, and a microwave emission device. Continuous cracking experiments were conducted on a disc type
                waste rubber continuous cracking equipment. The experimental results showed that the equipment operated
                stably, had a fast temperature rise rate, high cracking efficiency, and high-quality cracking products,
                achieving the expected results.
