Study on the structural properties of PET/PEN composites

Abstract: A series of PET/PEN blends with different ratios were prepared by twin-screw extrusion blending
and pelletizing, and the mechanical properties, heat resistance and transparency of the blends were
investigated by tensile, impact and bending, heat deflection temperature, and light transmittance and haze
tests. It was found that under the premise of maintaining a certain melting temperature and time, the heat
resistance, tensile strength and bending properties of PET/PEN composites were greatly improved compared
with those of pure PET, the notched impact resistance was slightly improved, and the transparency was slightly
reduced. PET/PEN composites have better mechanical and heat resistance properties than pure PET.

总投资 100 亿的绿色高端轮胎项目签约
Green high-end tire project with a total investment of 10 billion dollars was signed
10 月 31 日上午，吉林省松原市前郭县新能源项目开发和绿色高端轮胎柔性智能制造科技产业园项目，在郭
尔罗斯宾馆举行签约仪式。松原市委常委、前郭县委书记杨文慧，前郭县委副书记、县长满都拉出席会议，副县
长齐兵主持会议。
签约仪式上，满都拉代表前郭县政府和上海华庆石油发展集团有限公司签署了新能源项目开发框架协议和绿
色高端轮胎柔性智能制造科技产业园项目投资框架协议书。
据了解，绿色高端轮胎柔性智能制造科技产业园项目，总投资约 100 亿元，用地约 1 000 亩，整体规划分三
期建设年产 2 000 万套绿色高端轮胎的柔性智能制造基地，打造中国高端轮胎制造产业新高地。
前郭县发改局、应急局、商务局等有关县直部门负责同志参加签约仪式。
