Abstract: Non-pneumatic tires have become a new direction in the development of the tire industry due
to their safety features such as airtightness, no puncture, and wear resistance. It is hoped that the cracking
and chalking problems of existing non-pneumatic tires can be solved through the combination of tire
structure and material performance, so as to improve the service life of tires. In the design of this article, the
tire has been optimized by changing the shape of different through holes such as V-shaped, peanut shell-
shaped, and cylindrical, as well as the reasonable distribution of shock-absorbing holes and supporting ribs in
the radial direction of the sidewall. While ensuring the damping effect of the tire, it also improves the overall
anti-deformation ability of the tire, ensuring that the tire is not easy to crack during long-term use, making the
vehicle safer and more comfortable during driving.

净利润暴增 140%，丰源轮胎业绩出炉！
Net profit surged by 140%, Fengyuan Tire's performance is released!

近日，丰源轮胎在新三板发布 2020 年度业绩。
财 报显 示，2020 年 丰源 轮胎 销售 额 10.82 亿， 下降 12.79% ；净利 润 860 万， 增长 139.86% ；毛利 率为
15.22%，高于行业平均水平。
其中销售额下降，丰源轮胎公司表示是受到疫情影响销量较同期有所下降，直接导致收入减少。
丰源轮胎 2020 国内销售 2.88 亿，海外销售 7.89 亿。海外销售比重远大于国内销售。丰源轮胎表示将加快
国内渠道建设，结合经济 “ 内循环 ” 主体定位，开展终端客户走访， 打造 “ 市场需求 - 精准研发 - 区域营销 ” 全生
命周期业务链条。并努力开发国内知名汽车品牌，提升企业影响力。
在产能规模方面，丰源轮胎公司表示目前还未实现总体建设规划，暂未实现规模效益，提升产能规模成为当
务之急，将从三个方面实现产能增加。
一是继续实施新增年产 1700 万条高性能半钢子午胎技改项目在建工程，可以分步建设，陆续提产。
二是与集团的橡胶化工相关企业协同发展，集约经营，建设百亿橡胶航母的同时，大幅提升公司盈利水平和
抗风险能力。
三是考虑积极寻求业内优质目标公司，通过股权或其他经营合作，实现规模的快速扩张。
据了解，丰源轮胎设计规划年产 2000 万条半钢子午线轮胎，当前已经具备年产 1000 万条半钢子午线轮胎的
能力。
丰源轮胎公司坚持 “ 自主创新 ”，自主研发了满足客户需求的 HP、UHP、C 型轻卡、SUV（HT/AT/MT）、
雪地胎、漂移胎、缺气保用轮胎、耐刺扎轮胎、防静电轮胎、出租车专用轮胎、新能源汽车专用轮胎等 23 大系列、
近 1000 个规格产品。
在轮胎市场上，丰源轮胎公司收获了无数代理商和轮胎门店的认可，市场反馈非常不错，期待丰源轮胎发展
进入快车道。
