Effects of different plasticizing systems on engineering properties of
NBR before and after aging and tube buckling

Abstract: In this paper, the effects of different plasticizing systems on the physical and mechanical
properties of NBR before and after aging were studied. The stress-strain curve of NBR after hot oil aging was
taken as the material parameter to investigate the effects of different plasticizing systems on the properties
of NBR during the buckling process; The experimental results of curing characteristics showed that when
DOP or DOA was used as plasticizer, the torque difference of vulcanizate was higher, while when liquid
nitrile or polysulfide rubber was used as plasticizer, the torque difference was relatively lower, and when
polysulfide rubber was used as plasticizer, the scorch time was shorter; The experimental results of physical
and mechanical properties showed that when liquid NBR or polysulfide rubber was used as plasticizer, the
retention rate of heat-resistant air aging property of NBR vulcanizate was relatively high, and the change rate
of mass and volume after heat-resistant oil aging was relatively low; The simulation results showed that when
DOP or DOA was used as plasticizer, the static stiffness, strain energy density and Mises stress at the joint were
higher, while when liquid nitrile or polysulfide rubber was used as plasticizer, the static stiffness, strain energy
density and Mises stress at the joint were lower.

江市政协党组副书记、副主席赵长安出席签约仪式。副市长雷玉成代表市政府和金澳控股集团董事局主席、武汉
金控能源集团有限公司董事长舒心博士签署投资协议书,会议由市委常委、常务副市长崔传金主持。
本次开门红活动,共有包括武汉金控能源集团 “ 高端新型材料产业园区 ” 在内的 24 个重大项目签约。面对

“ 高端新型材料产业园区 ” 项目位于潜江经济开发区,总占地面积 2 202.27 亩。项目内容包括: 30 万 t/ 年苯酚 -
丙酮装置、 18 万 t/ 年双酚 A 装置、 30 万 t/ 年 PC 聚碳酸酯联合装置、 20 万 t/ 年环氧丙烷 -45 万 t/ 年苯乙烯 (POSM)
联合装置及聚醚多元醇、乙丙橡胶、聚烯烃弹性体等 10 套生产装置以及配套公用工程系统。主要生产 PC 聚碳酸
酯、环氧丙烷、苯乙烯、聚醚多元醇、乙丙橡胶、聚烯烃弹性体 (POE) 等高端新型化工材料
