                    Abstract: The special resin for BOPP extinction film was produced by using Unipol gas phase process and
                Hexene-1 as copolymer in a full-density polyethylene unit (FDPE1) of Daqing Petrochemical Company. The
                brand is DGDA6097M. The melt flow rate (I21.6) of DGDA 6097M is 9~13 g/10 min, the density is 0.948~0.952 g/
                cm , the tensile yield stress is greater than or equal to 20 MPa, and the nominal strain at break is greater than

                or equal to 350%. Compared with DFDA7042, a general membrane resin for the same process, the DGDA
                6097M resin has higher density, higher tensile strength and obvious strength advantage. Compared with the
                special resin DGDB 6097 for high strength film, the DGDA 6097M resin has better mist. The amplification test of
                extinction film of DGDA 6097M product is carried out in Jintian Company. The processing application shows
                that the various indexes of extinction film products produced by DGDA 6097M are equal to or better than that
                of an imported standard product.
