Design of control and monitoring system for wide coating film
production line

Abstract: The wide coating film is an important agricultural production material, its production process
and process control are more complex, the requirement of equipment control and maintenance is high.
Through the combination of the control system and the monitoring system, the production operation
process is simplified, the online operation management and the production efficiency are improved. This
paper introduces the composition and characteristics of the unit control system, the integrated design and
application of monitoring system and control system, hoping to provide reference for the application of
related industries.

印度商务部研究促进化工制品和塑料制品出口战略
India Department of Commerce studies export strategy for promoting chemical products and plastic products

为了提高出口增速，印度商务部正在研究促进化工制品和塑料制品的出口战略。业内人士表示，印度或将在
利率优惠等方面支持相关产品出口。
近年来，尽管海外市场需求相对较高，但印度的出口增速只能算是温和增长，远不如越南等东南亚国家增长
迅速。数据显示，在 2017~2018 财年里，印度出口增长了 9.8%，而在 2016~2017 财年出口仅增长了 5.2%。
这非常不符合印度政府对出口的期望。印度政府对出口增长寄予厚望，希望在今后数年里通过扩大外贸份额
的方法，实现印度经济总量翻番。这使得促进出口快速增长成为印度政府近期的重要目标。这构成了此次印度商
务部促进化工制品和塑料制品出口的背景。
数据显示，印度有机、无机和农用化学品的出口在上个财年增加了 38%，达 107 亿美元。塑料制品出口的增
长不大，仅为 3%，出口额达 160 亿美元。
印度出口增速不快的重要原因是商品服务税改革的冲击和银行收紧信贷。印度出口组织联合会在一份声明中
表示，由于银行和贷款机构收紧了它们的放贷规范，宝石、珠宝、纺织品和农产品等劳动密集型行业正面临流动
性问题。
针对这一问题，全印度塑料制造商协会主席哈沙德 • 德赛接受记者采访时指出，未来促进塑料制品的出口，
印度政府将考虑在利率优惠等措施。同时，由于欧盟标准提高，印度将塑料制品出口的市场瞄准在中东以及中国
等国家和地区。
