General principles of thermogravimetric method for plastic polymer

Abstract: Modify and adopt ISO 11358:1997. Plastics -- Thermogravimetry (TG) of polymers -- General
principles, formulate the corresponding national standard GB/T 33047.1 – 2016. A total of 13 major
manufacturers and research institutes of plastic products participated in the standard setting and verification
tests in China. The establishment of this standard fills the blank of using thermogravimetric analysis (TG) to
measure plastic polymers in China.

ZE BASIC 62 双螺杆挤出机让生物塑料产能直接翻番
ZE BASIC 62 twin-screw extruder doubles the capacity of bioplastics

借助克劳斯玛菲贝尔斯托夫 (KraussMaffei Berstorff) 的全新共混生产线，德国生物塑料公司 Tecnaro 使其
Ilsfeld-Auenstei 生产基地的生物塑料产能翻番。
Tecnaro 公司长期以来专注于生物塑料的研发和生产，为不断增长的定制化生物塑料市场需求做好准备，以
确保能够实现成本效益的大批量生产。
Techno 擅长对塑料中的可回收再生物质进行加工，以进行工业方面的利用。Techno 通过采用双螺杆挤出机
生产生物塑料化合物。
Techno 公司新安装的这条生产线是 ZE BASIC 62 双螺杆挤出机，其最大输出速率为 800 kg/h。这种挤出机
将使 Techno 的产能每年翻一番。
“新挤出机使得我们的生物塑料产能翻番，将为公司的发展起到决定性的作用，”Tecnaro 公司的首席执行官
Jürgen Pfitzer 说。他坚信大约 100 年后，石油基的塑料将几乎消失，生物塑料的需求量在未来将持续增长。
ZE Basic 系列的双螺杆挤出机是通用机，适用于 80% 的塑化、填充和增强应用，而且不需要任何重大的设
备调整。
该系列挤出机共包括四个不同尺寸的机头，其直径大小为 42~77 mm 之间，输出效率可高达 3 000 kg/h。其
外径 / 内径比为 1.55，扭矩为 10.5 Nm/cm。
正如其他的克劳斯玛菲贝尔托斯夫双螺杆挤出机一样，这一系列的挤出机可根据具体的加工要求，进行加工
配件和螺杆形状的调整。
