               Optimum design and modification of the mold for the external cover of
                                         Polypropylene combined cover

                  Abstract: The polypropylene combined cover is widely used in the packaging of plastic infusion
              containers. The external cover has put forward very high requirements for the production of moulds because
              of its special functional requirements. Because of the machining error of mould parts and the existence of
              the accumulative error of the mould assembly, the corresponding parts will be modified according to the
              mould test results. In the existing mold modification, the mould needs to be suspended from the injection
              molding machine, then all parts of the moving die are removed and the corresponding parts are taken out
              to be modified. The process is complex, takes a long time, and the cost of renovation is high. In this paper,
              by optimizing the mould structure, the whole set of mould is not needed to be suspended from the injection
              molding machine. It only needs to be done by simple operation on the injection molding machine. The on-line
              disassembly of the mold parts is realized, and the modification is simple, the time is short and the cost is low.

                                 阿里与欧莱雅签署协议将采用环保包装材料
                             Ali signed with L’OREAL to adopt environmental-friendly packaging materials

                  2018 年 7 月 2 日，据外媒报道，化妆品品牌欧莱雅中国与阿里巴巴集团签订协议，将采用环保包装材料以
              减少浪费。
                  根据欧莱雅中国以及阿里巴巴集团发表的联合声明，该协议将于未来 5 个月正式公开。在协议中，欧莱雅中
              国承诺使用森林管理委员会 (FSC) 认证的可持续纸、拉链纸、拉链纸盒或纸粘合剂，减少塑料材料的使用。
                  天猫负责人 Jet  Jing 表示，阿里巴巴集团与欧莱雅中国建立合作关系将为客户提供高品质的产品，并有助于
              塑造 “ 绿色、健康、可持续的社会价值 ”。他表示 ： “ 消费升级不仅会促进生活质量的提升，更会推动消费者意识
              的进步。”
                  阿里巴巴与欧莱雅此次合作彰显了阿里巴巴集团的新零售战略。企业家和作家艾希礼 加利纳杜达伦克发表博
              客文章表示，阿里巴巴正在尝试通过线上线下的无缝互动来对商业进行重新定义。另外，2018 年 5 月，阿里巴巴
              智能物流部门菜鸟已经与欧莱雅旗下 13 个品牌建立合作关系。欧莱雅旗下 13 个品牌承诺采用可持续包装材料如
              生物可降解材料。同月，阿里巴巴菜鸟宣布到 2020 年将使用电子运输标签以取代超过 400 亿个包裹上的传统纸
              质标签，这项措施可以减少 300 多万棵树的砍伐。
