                 Abstract: In this paper, nine different grades of solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber were
             systematically tested and analyzed to study their processing and application properties. The goal is to
             distinguish the cold resistant rubber suitable for low temperature tires, the rubber suitable for safety tires
             with excellent wet skid resistance, the rubber suitable for improved comprehensive performance with low
             Payne effect, and the rubber suitable for wear-resistant formula. These studies have played a very good role
             in guiding the development of tread formula based on synthetic rubber. The subsequent promotion and
             application can improve the quality and performance of tires, which is conducive to breaking the restrictions
             of the EU tire labeling law. It is conducive to improving the product added value and market competitiveness
             of Fengyuan Tire, and establishing the independent national brand of Fengyuan Tire company.
