                                                               随拉伸速度增加,定伸应力增加,拉断强度增加,扯
                                                               断伸长率降低,扯断永久变形率变小。
                                                                  (2)在一定形变下探究 “ 拉伸速度 — 应力 ” 关系
                                                               中,发现形变量越大,硫化胶受到的应力对拉伸速度
                                                               变化愈发敏感。
                                                                  (3)在一定形变下探究 “ 应力 —DCP 用量 ” 关系
                                                               中,发现在小形变下, DCP/TAIC 用量与应力线性增加。
                                                                  (4)在拉伸、压缩应力松弛研究中,DCP/TAIC
                                                               用量增加,硫化胶需要消耗更多的时间达到应力平衡
                                                               值。

              Effects of DCP dosage and variable speed stretching on the properties
                                               of NBR vulcanizates

                 Abstract: Under the influence of DCP/TAIC peroxide vulcanization system and variable speed stretching
             bivariate of NBR vulcanizate, the effect of stress relaxation state of vulcanizate macromolecular chain and
             cross-linked network on the mechanical properties of vulcanizate was investigated.  Studies have shown
             that with the increase of tensile speed, the mechanical relaxation properties of vulcanizates are weakened,
             resulting in enhanced mechanical properties of vulcanizates. The increase in the amount of DCP/TAIC
             increases the number of C-C crosslinks, which enhances the interaction force between rubber molecular
             chains, makes the relaxation process difficult, and enhances the mechanical properties of the vulcanizate.
             Increasing the tensile speed and increasing the amount of DCP have the same effect on the tensile
             mechanical properties of the compound.
