3 结论
(1) 随着门尼黏度的增大,NBR 的最大扭矩值越
大。
(2)随着门尼黏度的增加,NBR 胶料的断裂伸长
率逐渐降低。
(3)门尼黏度越大,NBR 胶料的拉伸应力越高,
同时恢复曲线的应力也越高,马林斯效应越明显。

Preparation of NBR with different Mooney viscosity and its effect on
mechanical properties

Abstract: In this paper, two latexes with different Mooney content were successfully prepared with
different Mooney viscosity NBR, and the effect of different Mooney viscosity NBR on vulcanization properties
and mechanical properties was studied. The results show that as the Mooney viscosity increases, the
maximum torque value of NBR increases. As the Mooney viscosity increases, the elongation at break of the
NBR compound gradually decreases. The higher the Mooney viscosity, the higher the tensile stress of the NBR
compound, and the higher the stress of the recovery curve, the more obvious the Malins effect.
