Abstract: In recent years, solid-liquid separation equipment has developed rapidly in terms of structure,
separation efficiency, automation level, product quality and reliability. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical
industry, paper industry, and plastics and rubber industries. The particle size of the solid particles in the solid-
liquid separation equipment is very fine. High clarity of the filtrate and low moisture content of the filter
residue are required to reduce the workload of drying and further processing and reduce the cost of solid-
liquid separation. At the same time, industrial wastewater and slurry containing high VOC gas have strict
environmental protection requirements, which makes the technology of solid-liquid separation equipment
face new challenges. From the initial introduction of equipment to the subsequent promotion, this paper
summarizes the use experience and actual benefit analysis, and carries out a large technical transformation
to provide help or reference for the industry.
